How do I update my account information?

You can log in to your Client Portal and make the changes you want to your personal information. Our team will check the changes you’ve made and get back to you within less than 48 hours. 

If you want to you update/delete your financial information (bank account or payment gateway), you must email us at customerservice@ingotbrokers.com from your registered email address.
