How do I update my account information?

You can log in to your Client Portal and make the changes you want to implement through the User Profile icon on the top right of your dashboard, then choose Profile Information. Our team will check the changes you made and get back to you within 24 hours. 

Any changes you make must be identical to those in your documents. For example, if you change your address, you must ensure that your Proof of Address states the same address, otherwise, you will be required to provide updated proof of address.
