What are the required documents to open a corporate account?

The Company’s Documents

  1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration

A certificate of incorporation is a legal document/license relating to the formation of a company or corporation.

 

 

  1. Any of the documents below:

A document that specifies the regulations for a company's operations and defines the company's purpose, such as:  

1.      Certificate of Incumbency,

2.      Articles of Association,

3.      Company Extract, or

4.      Memorandum

 

 

  1. Company’s proof of address or certificate of good standing.

Must be current and not outdated by more than 6 months. A proof of address can be a utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, etc. 

 

 

  1. Board of Directors’ Approval

Corporates with more than one shareholder or director are required to provide a letter signed by all Shareholders/Directors that states their approval to the opening of the account and to authorize one of the directors or a representative in dealing with INGOT Brokers.

 

 

Identification documents (for all directors and any shareholders):

 

  • A valid proof of identity (front and back)

  • Proof of Address
